Super Scan Founders Dr. Nipun Jindal, together with Dr. Ghanshyam Ardeshana, established Super Scan in 2007 with a shared vision of bringing advanced diagnostic imaging, radiology expertise, and patient-centred healthcare to Surat and South Gujarat. Dr. Nipun Jindal

Dr. Nipun Jindal is one of Surat’s leading consultant radiologists with over two decades of experience in advanced diagnostic imaging. As the Co-Founder of Superscan Imaging Centres, he has played a pivotal role in transforming radiology services in Surat by introducing cutting-edge imaging technologies and developing one of the region’s most trusted diagnostic networks.
After completing his medical training and specialization in Radiodiagnosis, Dr. Jindal has dedicated his career to delivering accurate, timely, and clinically relevant imaging that assists physicians in making informed treatment decisions. His special interests include Head & Neck Imaging, Body Imaging, and Image-Guided Interventional Radiology, with expertise in performing a wide range of minimally invasive diagnostic procedures.
Driven by a passion for innovation, Dr. Jindal has been instrumental in bringing several technological milestones to Surat, including the regions’s first 3 Tesla MRI, Gujarat’s first 160 Slice Dual Energy CT Scanner, and South Gujarat’s first Private Comprehensive Nuclear Imaging & PET-CT Centre. Under his leadership, Superscan has expanded into a network of four advanced imaging centres, offering comprehensive Radiology and Nuclear medicine services with a strong emphasis on quality, precision, and patient care.
Dr. Jindal firmly believes that excellence in radiology extends beyond technology. He advocates subspecialty reporting, continuous medical education, multidisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centric care to ensure the highest standards of diagnostic excellence.

Outside his professional practice, Dr. Nipun Jindal is an accomplished endurance athlete and fitness advocate. He has successfully completed multiple 100 km ultramarathons, Comrades ultramarathons, full marathons, and half marathons, believing that the same discipline, perseverance, and pursuit of excellence required in endurance sports are equally essential in the practice of medicine.

Dr. Ghanshyam Ardeshana

Dr. Ghanshyam Ardeshana is a senior Consultant Radiologist with over 25 years of experience in diagnostic and interventional radiology. Following advanced training in CT Imaging and Interventional Radiology at Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai, Senior Residency in Vascular & Interventional Radiology at KEM Hospital, Mumbai, and International Fellowships in Cardiovascular Imaging (Italy) and Vascular Interventions (Canada), he has remained at the forefront of advanced imaging and minimally invasive procedures.
He was the first dedicated Interventional Radiologist in Surat, pioneering vascular and non-vascular image-guided interventions in the city from 2002 to 2022. His current practice is dedicated to advanced CT and MRI body imaging, with special expertise in CT Coronary Angiography and Cardiac CT, CT Angiography, oncologic imaging, hepatobiliary and pancreatic imaging, gastrointestinal imaging, chest imaging, emergency radiology, and CT-guided biopsies and image-guided interventions.
As the Co-Founder and Director of Super Scan Imaging Centres, Dr. Ardeshana has successfully expanded the practice into four state-of-the-art imaging centres across Surat, equipped with advanced CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and digital imaging technologies. His commitment to diagnostic excellence, technological innovation, and patient-centred care has established Super Scan as one of the most trusted and respected imaging networks in South Gujarat.
